History
Coniston Homes was founded in 2003, by David Flanders, John Rathbone and Andrew Wildgoose.
All three directors were already involved with the other companies in the Coniston Group, and made the decision to set up Coniston Homes so Coniston could specialise in the house building sector, employing experienced, dedicated staff for this purpose.
Since its conception, Coniston Homes has built a number of homes in and around the Kent area. These include a development of four detached houses in Bowmans Road, a large four bedroom detached house in Sterndale, and a further four detached houses in the Heathlands Development.
